I graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a degree in Graphic Design. I loved the ability to take art into a digital space and started my career at a country club, where I focused on designing print and digital experiences. This gave me my first taste in thinking about my audience and tailoring my work to their needs. My journey into specializing in user experience has allowed me to how research and design can apply in multiple industries including hospitality, government, consumer, enterprise, entertainment, and cybersecurity.

As a human, I’m an east coast child that’s enjoying the mountains. In my spare time, I thoroughly enjoy playing video games (when my kids let me), traveling, hiking, practicing piano in adulthood, collecting random bits and bobs.

With my background and 10 years of experience as a designer who focuses on understanding the right problems to create the right solutions in complex spaces, I believe I have the skills to become a strong leader and valuable contributor to your team.
